- This website has no accounts, forms or analytics of our own.
- Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and browser details.
- It loads its fonts from Google and includes Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies. Where the law requires it, you are asked first.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Each game has its own privacy policy for what happens inside the game.
Who we are
Black 4 Square is the name under which Daniil Denysov, an independent developer in Ukraine, publishes games. Black 4 Square is not a registered company: Daniil Denysov is responsible for your personal information (the "data controller"). In this policy "we" and "us" mean Daniil Denysov publishing as Black 4 Square. Contact: contact@black4square.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, black4square.com. Our games have their own privacy policies, which explain what each game collects: PopMe's is at black4square.com/popme/privacy, and every game's Google Play listing links to its policy. When you follow a link from this site to Google Play or to one of our games, that page's own policy applies.
What happens when you visit
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To send you the pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This information is kept in Cloudflare's logs for a limited time under Cloudflare's own schedule. We do not use it to identify you and we run no analytics of our own.
Fonts
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site includes code from Google AdSense, the advertising service that also serves ads in the web versions of our games on our subdomains, such as PopMe at findme.black4square.com. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers to serve ads, to limit how often you see them, to measure them and to prevent fraud. This includes ads based on your visits to this site and to other sites on the internet.
Ads are personalised only where you have agreed to it or the law allows it. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states, Google's consent message asks for your choice before personalised ads or the related cookies are used; you can change it later with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. You can also turn off personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center, and from many other advertising companies at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and keep them for as long as the conversation needs, then delete them.
Why we may use it
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, delivering and securing the site and answering your emails rely on our legitimate interest in running the site and responding to you. Advertising cookies and personalised ads rely on your consent where the law requires it.
Who receives it
Only the providers named above, each for the purpose described: Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Google (fonts, advertising and the consent message). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it. These providers may process information outside your country; they protect such transfers with legal safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or limit or object to how we use it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for ads with Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Residents of some US states can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising there. To make a request, email contact@black4square.com; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
